OPEN FOR BUSINESS! June 1st we added in-studio classes to our existing streaming lineup! Please review these guidelines and check out July's schedule of our in-studio AND streaming classes. Along with our grand Re-Opening, we have beautiful new renovations awaiting you including a bigger and better expanded lobby! In our efforts to keep you safe by allowing for more distancing, we have also set the stage for you to be transported into an exciting fitness and wellness journey in a breezy island oasis. Step outside of the everyday and cruise into a workout wellness boutique with the spicy flair of Latino Caribbean culture- dance to your favorite Salsa, hang out by the barre, melt away stress with a massage, work on your bendable body, quiet the mind by being in the moment- all this and more while enjoying much needed R&R through community, you time, and fun!
