Indoor Cycling- Streaming

  • INDOOR CYCLING/ SPIN -  Indoor cycling, or spinning, focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel. Participants are encouraged to set their own resistance at a level right for them. Besides cycling students will also incorporate squats, push ups and other toning activities while on their bike for a full body workout complete with black lights, disco ball and more, making this intense workout attainable and fun for all fitness levels!
