We use a diverse blend of Hatha Yoga incorporating methods such as Vinyasa, Yin, gentle, intermediate, and advanced styles to meet the needs and practices of each student.
AERIAL YOGA- Antigravity Yoga involving exercises inspired by Yoga, Pilates, & acrobatics performed with the use of a hammock thus achieving a complete lengthening &toning of the body (reservations encouraged) Traditional yoga poses which improve the circulatory, respiratory and digestive systems through increased blood flow and movement are taken to a new level and combined with the arts of Pilates and dance with the integration of the use of a hammock. Aerial Yoga works with gravity by facilitating bending and stretching of the whole body during exercise, strengthening and rehabilitating muscles and joints, and decompressing the spine as the body hangs freely.
