About the Owner & Staff

With an understanding of chronic pain and sports related maladies, based upon personal and professional experience, Liza enjoys serving the public incorporating both medical and relaxation techniques especially curtailed to suit the needs of each client. Having worked in the fitness industry as both group fitness instructor and owner/ operator of Salsa City Studio (of Fitness & Massage), her company for over seven years, and upon receiving her training and license in medical massage, incorporated Medical Massage as an additional business to her resume in 2015. Liza and her staff of medically trained licensed massage therapists, endeavor to intertwine these specialties with the skill, knowledge, training, and care necessary to provide each individual with the healing session they deserve.

SWEDISH MASSAGE -

$45/ 30 min., $75/ 60 min., $112.50/ 90 min., $150/ 2 hours- Swedish massage stimulates circulation and soothes tight muscles. Feel tension dissolve, leaving only comfort and well-being behind. Depending on the needs and focus of the individual client this type of basic massage could be geared more toward relaxation or medical focused massage, whichever is needed at the request of the client and assessment of the therapist.

 

HOT STONE MASSAGE (Add on to above Swedish pricing)-

$8 extra/ 30 min., $15 extra/60 min., $22.50 extra/90 min. Smooth, rounded basalt stones are heated in water then lubricated with essential oils and applied to the body as an extension of the therapist’s hands. The heat within the stones penetrates your muscle tissue inducing deep relaxation without overheating. Helps dissolve blocked energy, improves circulation and restores balance.

 

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE &/ or ORTHOPEDIC STRETCHES (Add on to above Swedish pricing)-

$8 extra/ 30 min., $10 extra/60 min., $15 extra/90 min. This treatment is recommended for those who regularly receive massage and enjoy deeper work. Specialized and focused techniques reach deeper layers of muscles.

 

COUPLE'S MASSAGE - 

$180/ 60 min., $255/ 90 min. Make any occasion a special one, indulge with a friend or significant with side-by-side body Swedish massage treatments, and aromatherapy of your choice!

FULL BODY AROMATHERAPY (Intermittent use at no additional cost)- $5 Calm the nerves, promote physical and emotional health, lift the spirits, and energize the body by discovering the sweet scent of relaxation.

 

HOT TOWEL/ FOOT EXFOLIATION; or HEAVENLY HANDS TREATMENT- $1/min. add on to any base rate massage pricing.

Relax as we wrap you in hot towels and gently stretch and compress these hard working muscles. You will then receive a stimulating exfoliation scrub followed by a hydrating cream applied with massage.

HOT TOWEL/ COLD STONE FACE MASSAGE- $1/min. Hot towels infused with lavender oil stimulate circulation of face, then cold stones are used to reduce inflammation. Excellent for sinus, headache and TMJ.

Get a script from any practitioner and you can waive your sales tax; plus for those who itemize their taxes, you can also claim all of your sessions for the entire year. We also accept most HSA accounts and those that don’t process through us typically will reimburse in full with a detailed invoice from us of your session. (Talk to your insurance company about what your specific plan covers.)
