Join us for a 4-week journey designed to help women step away from the noise of the mind and reconnect with themselves.

Each week, we’ll explore practices that bring you back into your body and your power, including somatic movement (jumping, shaking, dancing), guided journaling, yoga, breathwork, and meditation.

This is more than a workshop—it’s a safe, supportive space for women to gather, release what no longer serves them, and step boldly into their full potential.
