I’m so excited to invite you to a 90-minute Yin Yoga + Sound Bath experience on Saturday, March 21st, from 3:30–5:00 pm — a space created for deep rest, nervous system relaxation, and gentle reconnection. 🌿✨
Yin yoga can be a beautiful experience of slowing down, resting, and reconnecting. This event is an invitation to take your practice one step deeper. During our 90 minutes together, we will begin with a gentle yin yoga practice, allowing the body to release any tightness, tension, or stress it may be holding on to. This intentional movement helps calm the mind and prepare the body to relax comfortably for the sound bath to follow.
