Yoga for Kids is a fun, engaging class designed especially for children ages 5–9. Through movement, imagination, yoga-pose games, and simple breathing techniques, kids learn how to move their bodies with confidence, improve focus, and manage big emotions — all in a supportive, playful environment.
This class is not about perfect poses. It’s about confidence, creativity, coordination, and calm.
