Murph Challenge

Come challenge yourself this Memorial Day!! Get out of your comfort zone and try something new. In honor of Navy Seal Lieutenant Michael Murphy, we invite you to join us in completing the “Murph”, Monday, May 30, 8am. Lieutenant Murphy did this everyday with a 20lbs vest on until the day he died serving our great country! Proceeds go to the Wounded Warrior Project- $15/ person ($10/ members) FREE SHIRT included; sizing and quantities limited and will be given to first prepaid participants. GRAND PRIZE: We are going to have an hour massage gift certificate given as a raffle prize drawing! Participants will have an hour window to complete this challenge in order to be awarded extra raffle tickets. All participants will automatically receive a shirt (though quantities limited) and a single raffle ticket just for purchasing an entry. The option to participate with a “buddy“ and split up the challenge workload will be available. Those completing the challenge solo within the hour receive an additional 10 tickets. Those completing the challenge with a buddy within the hour receive an additional 4 tickets/ each. Additional tickets are available for purchase.
