If I ever feel like I am craving unhealthy foods or don’t feel quite satisfied usually if I get a cup of whole fat unsweetened Greek yogurt- for extra healthy fats and protein- and sweeten it with some stevia (or honey if I’m not as concerned with the calories and weight loss at the moment) I feel much more full and don’t want the junk! What are some tricks that you all do for yourself when you get those cravings?
