Soooooo after tracking my food for the first time since probably last year I’m ashamed to say… lol but anyways we have to just keep restarting and improving... but seeing the numbers on my fitness pal is literally so painful and eye opening. I intake at least half of my diet as fats so my macros are really off. How many know about macros? We need the right amounts of proteins, carbs, and healthy fats everyday for our body to be satisfied and full and maintain and good weight. If you haven’t already, set your macros to 30% carbs, 30% fats, and 40% proteins and let’s make a goal to shoot for those percentages each day!
