This small group setting provides accountability and connection, weekly measurements, lesson handouts & more- all aimed at the same goal of achieving & maintaining a healthier lifestyle together! (Meeting 30 minutes, •Saturdays, 8-8:30am & •Tuesdays, 7:15-7:45pm.)
