Updated: Jun 30, 2021

March into a healthier you.

Hello Team Fit,

If your New Year's resolution has become a faded memory of cold winter days and the resistance bands you got yourself for Christmas got stored away with the ornaments, it's time to get your fit on. With about 100 days to summer and the possibility of being able to vacay somewhere fun, there is no greater motivation to get fitter. We've got your back, tummy arms, legs, sides, you get it lol - We are here with a plan.

Fun fitness finds fab fit food, and our never-ending support to encourage you all the way to your goal.

Get Set Goal

First things first, set a goal. Goals will add meaning to your fitness schedule. You'll feel a sense of achievement on accomplishing set targets. Every time you hit a fitness class, you're working towards a goal. Not to mention the self-discipline you build when you have a to-do list.

Goals don't have to be set in weight or inches; you could aim at attending four workout classes per week and getting three jogs in, or switching to more home-cooked meals; training specific muscle groups, you otherwise ignore, or simply making time to work out every day. Set small goals achieving these will extend your capacity to reach more goals.

Remove the Rutt

Mundane fitness routines are a buzz kill. Change is what keeps it fresh, even especially for the busy bees.

Not only does the same routine get boring but also that it genuinely stops working. So if you have limited time to work out, it's super important to switch up your exercises. Joining a class with a qualified instructor is a great way to challenge yourself safely.

Indoor Bore Outdoor Score.

Spring weather sets you up for success - trade the treadmill for a trail and get an incredible outdoor workout. You can even live-stream our classes from a park or your backyard. The possibilities are endless.

Flex with a Friend

Are you the kind to fall off the fitness wagon every Friday? A workout buddy can help keep you motivated and share your soreness after a grueling gym sesh. Keep it light and friendly or fierce and competitive, whatever works for you and your gang. After all, there is strength in numbers.

Go Green

Get your green and your fit on by honing your gardening skills. Grow healthy veggies and fruit, all while burning some serious calories. Gardening feeds your body and your soul. Working with the earth and nurturing plants is really gratifying. It's a fun way to learn about local soil and produce and teach your kids about sustainability and hard work, all while working towards your fitness goal.

Mindful Motivation

Remember to be mindful of self chatter. Positive quotes, motivational messages, and affirmations will encourage you to be your best self. If you're visually motivated, make sure to follow us on Instagram for fun finds. We are your fit fam for a reason.
